Parse Teacher Intent

Parse a teacher's natural language request into structured intent.

This is Phase 1 of the lesson generation pipeline. It identifies:

• The mathematical concept to teach
• Relevant CCSS standards
• Appropriate grade level
• Whether the lesson should be conceptual or procedural
