Live-ping a destination through the full transport envelope

Exercises the complete delivery envelope (SSRF guard, payload cap, rate limit, retry ladder is disabled — max_attempts: 1) with a tiny test payload. The returned success field reflects whether the connector's deliver() call returned a non-retryable success; check httpStatus and message for details.
