Fetch a single Crossref publisher-member record by numeric ID. Returns the publisher's primary name, location, owned DOI prefix list, corpus DOI counts (current / backfile / total), per-feature coverage metrics, and deposit flags. Example: 297 is Springer Science and Business Media LLC. Data licensed CC0 by Crossref.
