Public minimal trip metadata for OG link previews.

Anyone with the trip URL can fetch title, creator name, and hero photo so that link unfurlers (iMessage, Slack, Twitter) can render a preview without a session. The UUID in the URL is the access control: knowing it implies the owner shared it with you.
