Delete an ingot
Changed onPermanently delete an ingot: its content, every SparkLink for it, its audit trail, and an upload staged onto it, whose Forge URL and upload session Forge refuses from then on (410 UPLOAD_GONE) and whose reserved storage is released. With upload_id, the upload the ingot's create answered, the ingot is deleted only while it is still that upload's unfinished file: the upload is ended before anything else, and an ingot it published before the delete reached it, or that a later upload of it took over, is left whole (412). This is how a client that gives an upload up (its user cancelled it, or it failed for good) ends it with the file its create made, never a file the upload published.
