List a vault DVAKs
Changed onEvery DVAK issued for the vault, newest first, including the system keys minted for vault features. Tokens are never returned — a row carries the last 4 characters, which is what revocation takes. Page with cursor (the previous page's next_cursor, read with the same status) until has_more is false.
