Create In Context Addon Checkout

Start Stripe Checkout for the in-context editing add-on (task 903).

Backend-driven: the client sends only the SKU; the backend resolves it to the env price id and never trusts a client price id. Entitlement is granted by the signed webhook on completion, not here.
