Create Credit Pack Checkout

Start Stripe Checkout (one-time payment) for a prepaid credit pack (#815).

Backend-driven: the client sends only the SKU; the amount comes from CREDIT_PACKS (source of truth). The ledger is credited by the signed webhook on completion (idempotent on the checkout session id), never here.
