Generate Batch

Generate messages for multiple orders.

Same-day restoration: If a message was already generated today for the same order, the existing message is returned from DB without calling Claude API. This prevents accidental double-generation (e.g. browser closed mid-session) from consuming the user's quota or incurring API cost.

Rate limit: 10 batch requests per minute per user.
