Read a bounded page of normalized extracted text for one ready document

Reads only the tenant-bound private derived text artifact, verifies its recorded hash/count, and never returns the original object, a storage key, or a download URL. The response is bounded to 50,000 characters with offset pagination and performs no model/provider generation or mutation.
