List agent webhook/audio endpoints

One bounded page, newest first, as an object: the items under agent_endpoints and pagination. Follow pagination.next_cursor while pagination.has_more is true; a walk returns every row that exists for the whole walk exactly once. limit is required on this list: a request without it is a 400, so a client that still reads the old array cannot mistake the refusal for an empty list and register a duplicate endpoint.
