Run a batch of scripted-persona Simulations to completion

Drives up to 20 named scenarios end-to-end synchronously (no network I/O -- scripted personas only) and reports a pass rate against each scenario's declared expected outcome. One broken scenario is reported as its own error entry rather than aborting the batch.
