Replace one permanently unreadable private source document

Send raw replacement bytes with X-Skysay-Filename and tenant-bound organization_id/project_id query parameters. The replacement is stored and queued before the unreadable source is scheduled for deletion; this endpoint is unavailable for searchable or retryable documents.
