Bounded review-inbox page aggregate for the signed-in workspace

Pure read: the campaign header (id, name, status, latest run), one filtered page of the campaign's review candidates with inline call evidence and resolutions, the counts and facets, and the compact wallet snapshot. campaign is null when the id is not in the session workspace (or the page's project). Fixed query budget; never a caller-selected tenant.
