Delete a contact list

Refused (409, reason contact_list_in_use) while a campaign using the list is launching, scheduled, running or paused; the response names up to five of those campaigns (id, name, status) with total and has_more. Cancel them, or wait until they finish, then delete. Nothing is detached from a campaign. Otherwise the list is deleted: it no longer appears in any list, search, import, export, edit or new campaign, and a draft campaign that named it must pick another list before it can launch. Contacts no campaign run has taken are removed. Contacts a campaign run has taken are kept only as that campaign's records, so its contacts, results export and reviews read as before; they are no longer found as contacts. The response counts both: removed_contacts and kept_for_campaign_history.
