List the latest run's contacts with each contact's last-call business outcome (bounded page)

The contact page (status, disposition, attempts, next attempt, last call) with an outcome object per contact: workflow_status, workflow_outcome_type, workflow_outcome, workflow_outcome_label, workflow_interrupt, extraction_status, extraction_schema_version, extraction (the schema fields, advisory, present only when ready), recording_available, transcript_available. extraction_fields lists the agent's current extraction fields. A contact without a call carries the empty outcome. Fixed query budget whatever the page size.
