Add a task

Adds the person’s words as a task (kept exactly, never rewritten) at the end of its bucket (now by default), or right after after. The project’s master hears it and starts the work. project_id may be left out when the board covers one project.

A personal task: it runs on the project’s machine home, without a repository.

bucket'now' | 'next' | 'later'

Place it right after this task of its bucket; null puts it first. Absent: last.
