Follow the board as it changes

Pass the cursor from GET /v1/board (or the previous answer). Each answer lists the tasks that changed (in their current form; a deleted one has deleted_at), the reports sealed since, the policy when it changed, and the whole needs-you list when it changed. Send Prefer: wait=<seconds> (up to 20) to hold an empty answer until something changes. reset: true: read the board again.
