Answers from the board: tasks, plans and states, sealed reports, the conversations behind them and what their agents last wrote. It never starts work and never reaches a computer; an answer that needs work ends with "Make it a task?" (needs_work: true).

With Accept: text/event-stream the answer streams: queued (position, expected_wait_ms) while it waits its turn, delta (text) as it is written, then done (this response’s object). Otherwise the whole answer comes back as JSON.
