Update the coach's post-call CRM deal-stage sync config

Saves the outcome-to-deal-stage mapping. You'll get a 404 with crm_not_connected when no CRM is connected.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
