Read the coach's niche & offer profile

The coach-authored context the drafter compiles into its prompt: niche, audience, offer, pricing, and FAQs. It's what lets a reply answer an offer question instead of guessing. The response includes profileUpdatedAt for full-form compare-and-set saves. You get null before the coach has filled it in.
