Pause or resume a channel account

Pauses a connected account or resumes an account the coach paused. Disconnect, reconnect, suspension, and credentials use their verified provider flows.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
