Probe per-channel connectivity

Calls the provider to check the stored credentials still work and the account is reachable. Use it when a coach says messages aren't arriving.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
