Set AI DM auto-send for one channel account

Controls Luca-drafted DM replies for this account. The account sends only while the workspace master switch (PATCH /api/settings/auto-send) is also on. Turning this switch on also turns the master on, which lets every other channel with its own switch on send too; the response reports the master. The master never changes this value. Campaign sends use a separate policy. A disabled switch puts drafts in review.

API key scopes: channels:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.
