Retrieve technicians who accepted a work order

Returns technicians who accepted the specified work order. Note that only Field Tech Manager (FTM) technicians can accept work orders. <br />Note: This method is only available to provider admins.

get/ctools/workorder/{workOrderId}/acceptedtechnicians

workOrderIdinteger required

The unique numeric identifier of the work order for which you want to retrieve technicians who accepted it.

Response

The technicians who accepted the specified work order are in the response.

FirstNamestring

The first name of the technician.

LoginNamestring

The login name of the technician.

LastNamestring

The last name of the technician.

UserIdinteger

The ID of the technician in the Authentication service.

Emailstring

The email address of the technician.

MobileNumberstring

The mobile phone number of the technician.

TechnicianAccessLevelstring[]

The access level of the technician.

EmployeeIdstring

The employee ID of the technician.
