Agent Get Report Run

Read the rows a completed run produced.

The rows come from the file the run wrote, so this is the result AS OF that run rather than a fresh query. Only CSV output is parsed back; a run exported as a spreadsheet or a PDF returns its metadata and says so instead of guessing at the contents.
