Agent Add Automation Activity

Add a step. kind must be one from the activity catalogue and config is validated against that kind's schema, so a malformed step is refused here rather than failing halfway through a run.

Adding a send, trigger_journey, report_definition or parallel step makes this automation one that puts mail in a real inbox when it runs. That does not send anything now, and it does not need a confirmation now: the confirmation happens at the run, where it can describe what the sequence has become.
