Check whether a creator is live right now

A creator who is not live still returns HTTP 200 with the profile block and no room ID; that is a valid, billable answer rather than a failure.

TikTok username, with or without @.

countinteger nullable

Number of live rooms to return (1-30). Defaults to 30.
