Get user followers list

Fetch the accounts that follow a TikTok user. Note: This endpoint uses 'time' (int) for pagination instead of 'cursor' (string) as the upstream API uses a time-based pagination mechanism.

Numeric TikTok user ID.

Number of results to return (1-50).
