Get user following list

Fetch the accounts a TikTok user follows. Note: This endpoint uses 'time' (int) for pagination instead of 'cursor' (string) as the upstream API uses a time-based pagination mechanism.

TikTok username, with or without @.

user_idstring nullable

Numeric TikTok user ID.

Number of results to return (1-50).

Following pagination token/time marker.
