Scrape Redfin real-estate listings
Searches Redfin for location (a city/state or ZIP) and returns the listings as JSON: price, beds, baths, sqFt, lotSize, address, coordinates, propertyType, mlsStatus, mlsId, daysOnMarket, pricePerSqFt and a clean url. Filter with status (for_sale / sold), min_price/max_price, beds, baths and property_type, sort with sort, and collect up to max_results across pages. Use mode=detail with a listing url for one home in full (agents, public records, tax, price history, Redfin Estimate).
