List the workspace's POTs

List the POTs of the caller's workspace: the one validated by the API key (X-Workspace-ID). The list is never wider than that workspace.

The workspace_id query parameter is deprecated and planned for removal in 0.6.0: it is accepted only when it equals the caller's workspace (older clients send both) and answers 403 WORKSPACE_ACCESS_DENIED otherwise. Omit it.
