Delete a POT

Delete a POT by its UUID, scoped to the caller's workspace.

Deletes POT data (its tag-index sidecars included, v0.7.102.0), the knowledge gaps recorded against it (their question text and requester included, v0.7.99.0), its vectors, and (v0.7.102.0) every document of the workspace extracted into it that no other live POT uses: the document's row and text, its original and markdown files, its context attachments and dedup claims, and the storage it counted. A document another POT also uses is kept, without this POT's records. A POT owned by another workspace 404s exactly like a nonexistent one.

Before the POT goes (a failure is 503 and DELETE again resumes): the plan (facts and documents, strict reads), the gaps, the unshared documents and the vectors by id (retried). After: the POT, a second gap sweep, the metadata-filter vector delete (backstop) and the shared documents' references, best effort.

POT deleted, with every document no other POT of the workspace uses (v0.7.102.0). X-Cleanup-Incomplete (comma-separated: vectors, documents) names a cleanup step that ran after the POT was gone and failed; it is logged, and the POT is deleted all the same.
