Write the POT's «about», or go back to the generated one

{"text": "..."}: the owner's own words (at most 300 characters), never rewritten by the engine; clears suggestion_pending. Refused (422 ABOUT_INVALID, why: empty, long, unsafe, names) with an email, a link, a long number, quotes, a question or what looks like a person's name: everyone with access reads it.

{"source": "generated"}: back to the generated text, written now from the POT's themes (one model call, billed as pot_about; the free template when the month's tokens are spent or the model fails; text null while the POT has no themes yet).

The description (the extraction mission) is never touched.
