V1 Public Health

Connection check endpoint — verify API key and return plan/usage info.

Returns status, subscription plan, key name, and quota usage.

THE HEADLINE NUMBERS ARE MONTHLY (monthly_limit / usage_this_month) — that is the meter (mig 173) and the number the pricing page sells. daily_limit / usage_today are still reported but are only the in-memory burst guardrail; they are per-dyno and approximate, so never present them as the quota. An agent reading this to decide whether it can afford a batch must read the monthly pair.

Anonymous requests return plan "anonymous" with the anonymous monthly allowance. Rate limit: 60/minute.
