Admin Email Upload Image

Upload a single image into the public email-assets Supabase bucket. Returns a permanent public URL the admin can paste/embed in email body.

Enforces ≤5 MB and image/* content type. Oversized images get compressed via the existing storage_service.compress_image() helper (PIL-based).
