Admin Email Upload File

Generic attachment upload — any non-executable MIME, ≤25 MB.

Returns a permanent public URL the admin can link from the email body (auto-inserted as [📎 filename (1.2 MB)](url)).

For image-specific upload (used by paste/drag inline images, compresses JPG/PNG), use POST /email/upload-image instead.
