The call behind the person's two taps on a lens; the [[SALT-ADV-KEEP...]] / [[SALT-ADV-NEVER...]] marker messages stay valid. Body {id (the entry's id in testing, kept or dropped), decision: keep|never}. Records decision and decided_at on the entry and delivers plan.working_decided {mandate_id, id, decision} to the plan's agent. 422 invalid_decision, entry_not_found, mandate_not_live.
