0.243.0, grantor only (404 for anyone else). tid is the id of a strategy.tunings entry (all entries of one tuning call share it): everything that call moved goes back to its from values, the version bumps, and the undo is itself a tuning by the person (by: person); the agent hears strategy_tuned (changes, before, tuning_id). Once only (422 already_undone); only while the values still stand as that call left them, else 409 tuning_superseded ("That was changed again since. Nothing was undone."); only on a running plan (422 strategy_not_editable); an unknown id is 404 tuning_not_found.

0.240.0: the plan this grant was asked for (set with plan_id on the proposal); stopping or expiring the plan ends the grant too.

0.240.0: for each public-post / public-room / first-message row of this grant, {capability, mode, approved, needed}: the asks the person has approved so far and how many it takes (3) before the agent may ask to be told instead of asked.
