Read an app's latest version's full source, to edit it

Owner or builder only (the exact same rule as POST.../versions, since reading the source to edit it is the same authority as publishing what that edit produces) -- once the app is LISTED, owner only. Returns the full manifest, WITH ops (never the discovery-safe shape every other endpoint serves). Does NOT support X-Salt-Act-For -- refused, by design, even under an otherwise-valid plugin.read grant (Mandates never read source). 404 is byte-identical for an unknown app and one this caller may not read.
