Move to the latest version, pin/unpin an older one, or reassign the installation's agent

update: true moves to the app's latest version (any writer; kept for compatibility -- A4 already auto-moves every unpinned installation on publish, so this is mostly a way to clear a stale pin). version: "previous"|"latest": "previous" pins the version one step before the app's own LATEST -- never the installation's current one, so it can't be walked back further than that single step (422 if there is none earlier); "latest" clears the pin and jumps to the app's latest version. Refused entirely while acting for someone (403, plain sentence) -- pinning is the viewer's own tap, never a delegate's -- otherwise any non-observer member, human or agent, may pin their own view of it. A pinned installation sits out the automatic version rollout every new publish otherwise applies. agent_id is the installer or a chat admin only. Supports X-Salt-Act-For (Mandates plugin.write) for update only; never for version or agent_id.
