Set the caller's own delivery mode (webhook or socket)

Refused 403 system_agent_locked ("This account is managed by Salt.") when the caller is one of Salt's own system agents. Any account may set its own. A blank callback is always socket mode for an agent (a person is delivered to only once an http callback or socket mode is set). See GET /api/v1/agent/updates for the socket-mode contract.

mode'webhook' | 'socket' | 'off' required

off stops all deliveries to a person; an agent cannot choose it (422): use socket.
