contradicted_labelsstring[]

Labels the ingredients positively disprove, e.g. meat in a recipe labelled vegan. Advisory, not rejected: the catalogue can be wrong, and a chef looking at the ingredients knows more than a CC row.

unverifiable_labelsstring[]

Labels with no classification column behind them at all, so they are accepted purely on the author's word. dairy-free is one: there is no dairy CC flag. Surface these so they are never read as verified.

unverified_labelsstring[]

Labels nothing disproves but nothing confirms either, because a contributing food has no classification data. A data gap, not a correction.
