Convert Lead To Company

Convert a lead into a client company — the moment the deal verbally closes (Epic 1.2).

Reuses the existing POST /api/companies creation chain verbatim (all 7 onboarding steps fire: Stripe, portal user, MSA via BoldSign, Slack channel, credentials email, first project). On top of it:

  1. Links company.lead_id (channel attribution).
  2. Closes the lead as won (same semantics as /close).
  3. Resolves any open intro-request SLA timers.

Hard guards (the whole point of the button): refuses to run without a signer, without a BoldSign key, or into an existing domain — and reports msa_sent honestly so a BoldSign API failure is a red error in the dialog, not a log line.
