Import Vibe Prospecting Csv

Import enriched leads from Vibe Prospecting CSV file. 3-layer dedup.

The source param tracks the ORIGINAL source of the contact data (where it was discovered). enrichment_source is set separately to 'vibe_prospecting' since this endpoint always uses VP for enrichment.

v2.4 ATTRIBUTION FIX (ADR-001): when this endpoint is called by the phantombuster_webhook agentic flow to enrich PB-scraped leads, pass signal_source=phantombuster_search so the attribution survives the enrichment cycle. Previously the import always stamped 'VibeProspecting' over the PB origin, destroying attribution.
