Get Probe Suite Membership

All suites + whether this probe is currently in each. Powers the "Add to suite" modal — one fetch surfaces the full picture so the QA can see current memberships and discover suites they could add to. is_explicit reports membership via explicit_probe_ids; tag_match reports tag-query overlap (informational — adding a probe explicitly to a tag-driven suite is a no-op, but the UI shows why the toggle reads as on).
