Regenerate Probe Expectation

Re-run the expectation generator for an existing probe. Returns the proposed expectation text but does NOT persist — the UI shows it next to the current one so the admin can compare before accepting. Persisting is a separate PATCH so accidental clicks don't blow away hand-edited expectations.
