Retrieves call summaries for a specified user within a given date range, including recap, moments, transcription, and scores.

Permission: Empower Read required.

Monitoring: No impact. Visibility depends on your Empower role: Admin sees all team calls, Supervisor sees supervised users' calls, User sees own calls only.

Request body

start_datestring date-time required

The start date for filtering calls (optional).

end_datestring date-time required

The end date for filtering calls (optional).

user_idinteger required

The ID of the user for whom the summary is requested (optional).

limitinteger required

Limit the number of calls returned. Defaults to 10 if not provided (max 10).

offsetinteger required

Offset for pagination. Use this to skip a number of calls.
