Pause a workflow

Stop a workflow firing without losing its steps or history.

Requires the workflows:write scope.

Response. { "workflow": { …, status: "paused" } }. The pending wake is cancelled; nothing fires until it is resumed. Idempotent. 404 for an unknown or another account's workflow.
