Get agent status

Whether the agent is up and busy: sandbox state, last activity, and the next scheduled wake.

`running` is derived: a turn that started in the last 30 minutes and has not finished. It covers the whole account, so a turn started from chat, Slack, a webhook or a scheduled wake counts, not just this token's messages. A `dead` sandbox is normal between turns; the next message or wake spawns one. `pendingWakes` counts scheduled wakes, up to 100, and `nextWakeAt` is the earliest.
